Refund Policy

At Java Woodcraft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The product does not match the description or specifications on the website.

  • The product is canceled before the production process begins. For custom or made-to-order products, refunds will only be available if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the order being placed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products that have already entered production.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery due to misuse.

  • Orders that are returned after the refund window of 14 days from the delivery date has passed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@javawoodcraft.com  within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos of the defective or incorrect product.

  3. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

4. Returns and Shipping Costs

  • If your refund request is approved, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of refund approval.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Java Woodcraft will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:

  • Bank Processing Time: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as bank processing times vary.

  • Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Provider: If you’ve checked with your bank and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@javawoodcraft.com for further assistance.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders for in-stock items can be canceled before shipment. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under our standard return policy.

  • Custom and made-to-order furniture can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations will not be accepted as production will have begun.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@javawoodcraft.com.
