  • Domestic and International Orders: Orders are typically processed within 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the product, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that during peak seasons or large promotions, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Indonesia): We partner with reliable local courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

  • International Shipping: For international deliveries, we work with reputable international couriers to ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs within Indonesia are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. You will see the estimated shipping cost at checkout before confirming your purchase.

  • International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders will depend on the destination, size, and weight of the package. Additional duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Deliveries: Typically, it takes 3-7 business days for delivery within Indonesia, depending on the destination.

  • International Deliveries: Delivery times for international orders range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are not included in the purchase or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country. Java Woodcraft is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment. If there are any issues or delays, please contact us, and we will assist you.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may require photos of the damaged packaging and product to assist in the claims process. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package and resolve the issue. If the package cannot be recovered, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some destinations where we cannot ship due to legal or logistical reasons. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us to confirm whether we can deliver to your area.
